  • Process a high volume of work orders, ensuring accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of each task.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, and subcontractors to schedule, assign, and track maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal resource allocation and timely execution.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, providing updates on the status of their requests and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of all work orders, ensuring they are properly logged, tracked, and completed within the required timeframe.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to improve processes, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or service issues, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes by ensuring that work orders are documented accurately and charges are aligned with client agreements.
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks related to project management, scheduling, and reporting as needed.
