  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, regularly checking in to ensure expectations are met and identifying opportunities for service improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and service personnel to schedule and execute janitorial and maintenance tasks, ensuring that work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Process and monitor work orders, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and that all client concerns are addressed.
  • Oversee the management of facility inspections, ensuring that cleaning, maintenance, and repair services are performed as scheduled.
  • Address any issues or service complaints, working quickly to resolve them and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all work is in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and manage reports on service performance, including tracking completion of tasks, resource allocation, and client feedback.
  • Support the sales team by identifying new service opportunities and assisting with contract renewals or service expansions.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to maintain high-quality service delivery.
