John R. Elarde III

As Operations Manager, John works with clients, sub-contractors, and employees to help facilitate the company’s daily activities. He is responsible for scheduling and coordinating multiple jobs each day, meeting with current clients, and arranging appointments with prospective customers.

John manages Clear View’s field service teams, which includes management of the company’s fleet, providing clients with extensive communication on scheduled and urgent service requests. He enjoys helping to grow and evolve the company, constantly looking at new technology and tools. He has researched and implemented different platforms to help ensure CVBS is operating as efficiently as possible and providing an unmatched service experience.
