The scope of work was created with the understanding of the client’s needs for a temporary outdoor seating area to increase overall space for the Café. Design/build services included in this project, were a full set of construction drawings, completed by CVBS and incorporating the furniture lay out into the over need and look of the patio.
The exterior scope of work consisted of temporarily removing 8 parking spots, creating a level surface, and installing new masonry pavers, locked in by railroad ties. Custom planter boxes and landscape services were provided as well as working with the buildings securities teams to upgrade their needs.
