1 Million Dollar new build-out of a 2,000 square foot building. Interior Services included demo, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, flooring. Project included working with the health department for approvals as the project consisted of a closed loop car wash system, with drainage, plumbing, waterproofing and mechanical systems. Building envelop improvements included new footings, structural steel, waterproofing, EIFS, Roofing, and Storefront. Exterior site work included retaining walls and grading, drainage, concrete and asphalt, landscaping and irrigation.
