This five-story 160,000 square foot office building is located on the north service road of the LIE in Melville, NY. It is the World Headquarters of Leviton, North America’s leading manufacturer of electrical wiring devices, data center connectivity solutions and lighting management systems.
CVBS provides Leviton with commercial cleaning cleaning support. Our service package includes, day time cleaning staff and a team of night time cleaning staff. Some of our responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, dusting, and glass cleaning.
As a landmark structure, this prestigious office building displays beautiful glass and curtainwall structures. With a five-story atrium and an architectural bridge spanning over the atrium, this building has become one of Long Island’s finest office buildings. Contained within the space is a full service cafeteria, state-of-the-art data center, training center and high end office spaces. The finishes include a mix of granite, cherry millwork and architectural glass.
