2 million dollar exterior building envelop project during the university’s summer break. The scope of work consisted of full exterior façade and window upgrades. Replacement of all window openings utilizing an up to date insulated window system to help overall building efficiency.
Building envelop waterproofing and façade EIFS upgrades for a water tight execution. All work was completed while building spaces were occupied and conducting summer classes.
