He puts together budgets and proposals for new projects, maintains relationships with current clients, and networks to find new opportunities for the business. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Eric is committed to working side by side with clients and seeing that all goes as smooth as possible with none or limited changes; a value add when it comes to cost saving and unexpected incidentals that commonly arise on the jobsite.

As Senior Project Manager at Clear View Building Services, Anthony is responsible for operational aspects of multiple assigned projects, properties and accounts. He works with clients on all maintenance items including renovation and capital project implementation and is responsible for creating and executing project work plans. With over 15-years of experience in the industry, Anthony is committed to providing our clients with the trust needed to fulfill their project needs. He is a firm believer in project organization from start to finish and lives by that goal daily. He has Professional Certificates in Construction Project Management and Construction Cost Estimating from Pace University. Anthony graduated from Briarcliffe Collage with his B.A. in Business Management and currently resides in Wantagh NY.

As Operations Manager, John works with clients, sub-contractors, and employees to help facilitate the company’s daily activities. He is responsible for scheduling and coordinating multiple jobs each day, meeting with current clients, and arranging appointments with prospective customers. John manages Clear View’s field service teams, which includes management of the company’s fleet, providing clients with extensive communication on scheduled and urgent service requests. He enjoys helping to grow and evolve the company, constantly looking at new technology and tools. He has researched and implemented different platforms to help ensure CVBS is operating as efficiently as possible and providing an unmatched service experience.

As Project Manager, Joe provides overall management and oversight on construction projects, commercial maintenance, and building services. Joe recently graduated from Hofstra University with his MBA in Business Administration, which allowed him to develop a broad understanding of business organizations and all key business areas, including but not limited to finance, marketing, operations, data and more.

At Clear View Building Services, Michelle is responsible for accounts payable, receivables, and collections, as well as operational staff Human Resources. She works closely with subcontractors and vendors to process timely payments, manages regular client contact for consistent receivables, and maintains and updates current insurances for all clients and vendors alike. She oversees HR responsibilities and implementation for the over 100 part-time employees and is a main point of contact once employees are hired. Michelle has over 30 years of customer service, bookkeeping and office administration experience and is a New York State Notary Public. She has received her Professional Certificate from SHRM at St Joseph’s College and is an active member of SHRM and SHRMLI.

In addition, Sheila oversees the processing of vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments while resolving any discrepancies. She works closely with procurement and legal teams to ensure that vendor contracts align with compliance and payment terms and regularly prepares reports on vendor compliance and payment status.

Timmy is an Assistant Project Manager in our Construction Division, where he plays a key role in guiding projects from start to finish. With a strong background in architecture, he brings both technical knowledge and a sharp eye for detail to every job.
His responsibilities include overseeing the full construction process—preparing bids, coordinating during pre-construction, managing active projects, and ensuring a smooth close-out. Timmy works closely with our customers and subcontractors, keeping communication clear and consistent while making sure projects remain on schedule and within scope.
He also leverages our project management software to track progress, budgets, and deadlines, helping streamline the construction process and ensure accountability at every stage. By combining architectural expertise with hands-on project management, Timmy has quickly become an important part of our construction team and a reliable point of contact for clients and partners.

Carlos joined the Clear View team as a Project Supervisor in August of 2021. Carlos brings years of experience in the construction industry with responsibilities of trade coordination, quality control, safety and the observation and enforcement local codes & governmental requirements to the job sites. He is certified in New York State to create Construction Documents and Architectural design. Carlos is a strong team player and has proven to be an experience individual in both Construction Supervision and Architectural Designing, including knowledge of Photoshop, Microsoft Word and Excel, 3D design Drawing and Rendering. Carlos is a great value add to the CVBS team and we are looking forward to the success of more than one large scale projects and designs.

He also monitors performance, addresses any issues or concerns that arise, and ensures compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations. Additionally, Willie works closely with the sales and operations teams to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall service delivery in the Long Island area.
