Office Cleaning
Serving Long Island, NYC, & the Tri-State Area for over 25 years

Clear View cleans offices across NYC and Long Island, including workspaces, reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchens, and restrooms. We plan daytime or after-hours visits around the rooms your team uses and when they are available.

We start with a walkthrough to review your office and agree on the cleaning tasks for each room. Desk preparation, confidential areas, and building access are part of that discussion. Periodic deep cleans and floor treatments can be scheduled alongside regular visits.

Our Office Cleaning Services

Office cleaning for workspaces, meeting rooms, and shared facilities, planned around the way your team uses them.

01

Regular Office Cleaning

We clean cleared work surfaces, reception areas, and meeting rooms, including tables, chair arms, floors, and agreed touchpoints. Desk, equipment, and confidential-material instructions are recorded before work begins.

02

Kitchen and Break Room Upkeep

Counters, sinks, tables, appliance exteriors, and floors can be included in the routine. We confirm which appliance interiors need cleaning, how stored food will be handled, and which areas staff should clear first.

03

Restroom Sanitation

The task list can cover toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, floors, and bins. Busy restrooms may also need daytime supply checks, with soap, paper products, and restocking arrangements agreed in the plan.

04

Floor Care Services

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping handle everyday dirt. Carpet extraction and suitable hard-floor treatments can be scheduled when the area is available for more detailed work.

05

Trash & Recycling Management

We empty the agreed office, kitchen, and restroom bins and replace liners. Recycling and collection points follow your building’s arrangements, with confidential documents left to your approved process.

06

Deep Cleans & Special Projects

Moves and periodic deep cleans can call for attention to baseboards, shelving, interior glass, and areas usually covered by furniture. Share the room availability and delivery dates so we can plan the additional work.

Why Choose
Clear View Building Services?

Cleaning reports and feedback

When service begins, we identify your main contact and explain how to report feedback. Our inspection and reporting tools support checklists and records, with the reporting arrangements set for your building.

Access and handling instructions

Keys, alarms, locked rooms, and sensitive equipment need clear instructions. We review those details with you before the first visit, along with any surfaces or belongings that staff should clear for cleaning.

Plans for changing building use

A larger team, new opening hours, or more visitors can change the work your building needs. We review those changes with you and discuss adjustments to room tasks or visit frequency.

Tasks and pricing in writing

The quote sets out the rooms, recurring tasks, and visit frequency. We also clarify supply responsibilities and identify separately priced work, such as an initial deep clean or periodic floor treatment.

Frequently asked
Office cleaning questions

Which parts of an office can you clean?

We can clean reception, individual offices, open workspaces, meeting rooms, kitchens, break rooms, and restrooms. The task list can include reception desks and seating, conference tables and chair arms, entrance glass, cleared desk surfaces, floors, and waste bins.

Shared kitchens need their own attention to counters, sinks, tables, and appliance handles. We arrange an initial walkthrough to see how your office is used and identify desks or equipment that should remain untouched. That helps us agree on the room-by-room tasks before service starts. Our article on commonly overlooked cleaning areas is a useful checklist for that conversation.

Can you clean after employees leave?

Absolutely! Nighttime office cleaning is available for vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and work around desks after employees leave. If some teams work late, we can discuss which rooms are available first and when the remaining areas can be cleaned.

Daytime support can handle shared kitchens, restroom supplies, and meeting-room touch-ups. Before the first visit, we review security sign-in, keys, alarm instructions, and restricted rooms with you so the team can work within your building’s access rules.

How should we prepare desks for cleaning?

To give our team access to the desk surfaces you want cleaned, your staff should put away papers and personal items from those areas. Before the first visit, we agree which surfaces to clean and which documents or equipment must stay untouched.

We schedule an initial walkthrough to review confidential workstations, shared keyboards, and phones together. That visit also lets us confirm which rooms need a staff member to provide access and record the instructions for the cleaning team.

Can you help with office move-in cleaning or a deep clean?

Yes. Office move-in cleaning or a periodic deep clean can include additional attention to baseboards, shelving, interior glass, and areas normally hidden by furniture. Carpets or hard floors may also need work beyond routine vacuuming and mopping.

To plan cleaning between deliveries and your team’s arrival, we review the move-in dates and furniture or equipment schedule with you. If renovations are still underway, we can discuss post-construction cleaning and a final touch-up after the remaining work. Request a quote for your office move-in cleaning or deep clean.

Do you have experience with large corporate offices?

Yes. We have cleaned large corporate buildings, including Leviton’s global headquarters in Melville. That five-story office building covers 160,000 square feet, with cleaning work that included floor care, glass, dusting, and trash removal.

Can kitchen cleaning include microwave and refrigerator interiors?

Yes, when those tasks are included in your cleaning plan. We can discuss appliance interiors as separate tasks alongside counters, sinks, tables, and appliance exteriors. The cleaning plan should name the interiors included and how often they need attention.

Before an interior clean, we agree how your staff will clear food and personal items so our team can reach the surfaces. That also keeps decisions about what to keep or discard with the people using the kitchen. The same preparation applies to cupboards or shared storage you want included. Our shared-office cleaning guide explains how to divide those responsibilities.

How often should our office be cleaned?

The schedule should reflect the days people are in the office and the rooms they use. Restrooms, kitchens, and entrance areas may need frequent attention even when some desks are empty. Meeting-room cleaning can be scheduled between bookings, while baseboards, ledges, and interior glass may need attention less often.

To tailor our cleaning schedule to your working week, we review busy days, visitor hours, and any changes in office attendance. Carpet extraction and floor treatments are planned separately for the material and condition. Our cleaning schedule guide explains how these tasks fit together.

Which greater NYC areas do you cover for office cleaning?

We clean offices across New York City and Long Island. For a Manhattan workspace, visit our Manhattan office cleaning page. We also provide office cleaning across NYC and office cleaning in Nassau and Suffolk counties, with the rooms and cleaning hours agreed for each building.
