Post-Construction
Cleaning
Serving Long Island, NYC, & the Tri-State Area for over 25 years

A renovation is not finished when the contractor leaves. Fine construction dust settles on every horizontal surface, inside ductwork and on light fixtures; windows carry labels and adhesive; floors need their first proper cleaning; and the whole space has to be detailed before tenants, patients or customers walk in. That is post-construction cleaning, and we provide it across New York City and Long Island.

Because we are also a general contractor, we know what a punch-list walkthrough looks for. Our crews handle the rough clean during construction, the final clean before hand-over and the touch-up after furniture is in place, for offices, medical suites, retail build-outs, bank branches and industrial fit-outs.
