Post-construction cleaning addresses the dust, marks, and leftover material from building work. Depending on the project, the task list can include:

• Removing agreed loose debris and packaging before detailed cleaning.
• Vacuuming fine dust from accessible surfaces, ledges, and reachable vent covers.
• Wiping cabinets, shelving, countertops, fixtures, and window sills.
• Cleaning glass and frames, with residue removal reviewed for the surface.
• Cleaning floors, restrooms, and kitchens before the space is occupied.

Arrange cleaning while you are planning the handover, with detailed cleaning scheduled after the dust-producing building work is complete. To schedule the visits when the space is ready, we review the remaining painting, flooring, and installations, along with room availability and furniture or equipment deliveries.

A project may need an initial cleanup, detailed cleaning once the building work is complete, and a later touch-up. We plan the visits around the remaining construction work so freshly cleaned rooms are not immediately used for dusty work. To help us coordinate those visits, share the schedule when you request a post-construction cleaning quote.

We can discuss a touch-up visit for rooms affected by returning contractors or deliveries. To plan that visit, we’ll review any new dust, footprints, packaging, or marks on glass and confirm when the rooms become available.

No. Debris removal needs to be defined in the quote. We review what will remain after the builder finishes, including packaging and loose materials, and agree which items our team will handle. The collection point and loading route are part of that discussion.

Bulky waste, demolition debris, and materials requiring specialist handling need separate disposal arrangements. Yes. Once the property is occupied, recurring cleaning can cover restrooms, kitchens, shared surfaces, floors, and waste bins. A new office, shop or shared building will need a schedule based on its opening hours and daily use.

We review the installed materials and any care instructions from the builder or manufacturer before agreeing the cleaning method. Glass, coated surfaces, stone, carpet, and other floors can need different treatment. Paint or adhesive residue also needs assessment before removal.

To schedule the work when surfaces are ready, we discuss the remaining installations and when each area can be accessed. Routine cleaning, residue removal, and floor treatments are identified separately in the task list. This helps clarify what the final clean covers and whether a later touch-up will be needed.
