$2 Million dollar interior renovation of the Historic Bethpage State Park. Multiple room projects that included Flooring, Painting, Wall covering and Lighting, while the rooms and building were in use for events.

Major renovation of the existing 19th Hole Bar for the 2019 PGA Championship. The project required the demolition, shoring and new structural support of a 20’ wide fire place built by Robert Moses and his teams in 1936. The exterior portion of the chimney was historic and needed to be left undisturbed. Along with electrical, mechanical, carpentry, painting, flooring and custom millwork the bar was rolled out for use by some of the world best golfers and their families during the Championship.
