At Hofstra University, exterior and window work took place while summer classes continued. Yes, we can. Office renovations can include shared kitchens, cafeterias, and meeting spaces. For Zebra in Holtsville, we added cabinetry, countertops, and backsplash tile in kitchenettes and updated training and conference rooms.

Yes. We include the cleaning visits and tasks in the project quote so they can be planned around the remaining building work. Our post-construction cleaning can cover dust on accessible surfaces, glass, cabinets, floors, restrooms, and kitchens, with debris and disposal responsibilities agreed separately.

At our Wantagh bank branch renovation, the work included painting, flooring, millwork, new furniture, and cleaning. For your project, we review the final installations and delivery dates so the rooms are ready for cleaning. If contractors return afterward, we can discuss a touch-up visit for the affected areas.

Yes, we can. We offer Hilti Jaibot robotic drilling for suitable construction work. The system uses digital plans to lay out, drill, and mark holes for overhead installations.
