General Contracting
Parking-space lines, directional arrows, and access aisles help people understand how to use a parking area. When markings fade, review both their visibility and the layout before arranging repainting.
Assess condition instead of relying on a fixed interval
Traffic, weather, surface condition, and previous coatings affect how markings wear. Record faded areas and damaged pavement, then discuss the preparation and repainting needed. A fixed 24–36 month interval cannot describe every property.
Review accessibility before changing the layout
The U.S. Access Board’s parking guidance covers accessible spaces, access aisles, signs, and connecting routes. Repainting alone does not establish that a parking area meets every applicable requirement. Have the proposed layout reviewed by the professional responsible for your site before changing space dimensions or circulation.
Coordinate markings with other exterior work
If the lot also needs patching, drainage work, or lighting repairs, discuss the order of those jobs before repainting. At our Lawrence bank branch project, exterior work included lighting and parking-lot light poles as part of a wider renovation.
Our facility maintenance services cover concrete, blacktop, and other property repairs. Contact us about your parking area so we can review the work needed and confirm which services we can include.
