Frequently asked
Suffolk County service questions

Can you provide recurring cleaning to our Suffolk County business?

Yes. We provide recurring janitorial and office cleaning in Suffolk County, along with retail and medical office cleaning. The regular task list can include floors, restroom fixtures, break-room counters, shared surfaces, and trash and recycling removal.

We work with you to decide what needs cleaning in each room. For an office with a busy staff kitchen, that can mean frequent attention to sinks, tables, bins, and appliance handles, while quieter rooms need fewer visits. Restocking supplies and cleaning appliance interiors are named separately in the plan. Our Long Island janitorial services page explains recurring cleaning and periodic work.

Can you share examples of your work in Suffolk County?

Yes. Our Suffolk County work includes cleaning at Leviton’s 160,000-square-foot headquarters in Melville, with daytime and nighttime staff handling floors, glass, dusting, and trash removal. For a construction example, see Zebra in Holtsville, where we renovated staff cafeterias and break rooms and updated kitchenettes and meeting spaces.

Can you provide daytime support at a busy office?

Yes, we can. Daytime support can address restroom supplies, full bins, kitchen spills, and busy entrances while staff are present. Overnight work can cover vacuuming, mopping, and detailed room cleaning when more of the building is available.

At Leviton’s headquarters in Melville, our cleaning work included daytime and nighttime staff, floor care, glass cleaning, dusting, and trash removal. To plan daytime and overnight cleaning around your office hours, we review when shared areas are busiest and which rooms remain occupied late. We then agree on the tasks for each shift.

Do you also handle floor repairs and painting?

Yes. Our Long Island maintenance services include flooring repairs, drywall patching, painting, and other building upkeep. A damaged floor edge or a wall that needs repainting should be identified separately from everyday cleaning.

To assess the repair, we review the affected area, photos, and any previous work with you. We also discuss which rooms must stay in use and when materials can be brought in. If the changes extend across several rooms or involve a new layout, we can review them as a general contracting project.

What do you need to price a new cleaning contract?

To prepare a cleaning quote, we first review the property’s address, size, operating hours, and desired frequency. A room list helps us understand whether the work covers the whole building or selected areas.

We then schedule a walkthrough with you to review floor materials, entrance traffic, access, and any existing buildup before setting out the work and price. We also discuss supply responsibilities and work needed less often, such as carpet cleaning or floor treatments. Get a quote for your Suffolk County commercial cleaning.

Can our cleaning plan change during wet weather or busy periods?

Absolutely. We can review extra entrance cleaning during wet weather, deeper floor work when buildup develops, or changes in frequency when more people are using the building.

For a Suffolk County office with several entrances, we look at where people track in grit and moisture and which mats or corridors need more attention. Events and changing staff attendance can also affect kitchens, restrooms, and meeting rooms. We confirm any additional tasks and service dates with you before changing the schedule.

Our seasonal cleaning guide explains those adjustments. Outdoor snow and ice work needs its own service arrangement.
