Commercial Maintenance on Long Island, NY

Clear View provides commercial maintenance in Nassau and Suffolk counties for offices, stores, and other business properties. We help with repairs, interior upkeep, exterior work, and planned improvements.

A useful maintenance plan starts with your property’s condition and repair history. We review recurring problems, upcoming work, and the hours available for repairs. Outdoor areas need their own plan: drainage concerns, worn paving, and landscaping can affect the order and timing of a project.

What we offer

Why Long Island Businesses Choose Clear View

01

Repairs across the property

Our facility maintenance services include repairs, painting, carpentry, flooring, and exterior work. We review the areas needing attention with you so the quote identifies the repairs and access needed.

02

A record of each work request

When several repairs are underway, it helps to see which tasks are finished and which remain open. Our work-order management tools track requests, completed work, and overdue items, including work across multiple locations.

03

Experience working around building occupants

At Hofstra University’s Gittleson Hall, we completed exterior, window, and waterproofing upgrades while summer classes continued inside. We use that experience to plan property improvements around tenants, staff, and customers who remain in the building.

04

A path from repairs to larger improvements

Our general contracting team handles commercial renovations, build-outs, and property improvements. If a repair develops into a larger project, we can review the changes you want and plan the construction work with you.

“I absolutely love Clear View.”

I absolutely love Clear View. I first started working with them back in 2014. They managed the cleaning of a couple hundred thousand feet of medical space for me. I never had to worry about a thing. Now a decade later, I am so lucky to be able to work with them again at Aldo’s Coffee. They take initiative and listen to all requests. They are the best.

Frequently asked
Long Island maintenance questions

What commercial maintenance services are available on Long Island?

Our Long Island maintenance services include carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs. We also handle exterior property work such as concrete or blacktop, glazing, roofing, and pressure washing.

For planned upkeep, gather recurring repair issues and seasonal work into one list. Drainage, exterior surfaces, and equipment servicing may need attention at different times. Our building maintenance overview lists the service categories you can discuss with us.

Can you share examples of your painting and floor work on Long Island?

Yes. At Albanese Organization/Northwell Health in Nassau County, we removed wallpaper and painted walls and ceilings. The work also included replacing floors, stripping and waxing existing floors, and removing waste.

Can maintenance work be coordinated around people using the building?

Yes. At the Heritage Club at Bethpage, we completed room renovations involving flooring, painting, wall coverings, and lighting while the property continued to host events.

To coordinate maintenance with your building’s operating hours and events, we review which areas must stay available and when deliveries can arrive. The proposed schedule should account for work that depends on an earlier repair or installation and the cleaning needed before rooms are used again.

How can we track repairs at more than one property?

Our work-order tools record requested, completed, and overdue work. To help us locate and assess each repair, include the property address, room or equipment reference, a description, and any useful photos. When setting up the account, we agree who can authorize work and receive completion updates.

Reviewing the repair history also helps identify repeated problems across your properties. Our article on preparing a property budget explains how work-order information can support decisions about upcoming repairs and replacements.

Do larger renovations fall under maintenance?

Not usually. Some improvements require a separate construction project. Our general contracting service covers renovations and build-outs. Share the full list of changes so we can discuss the right approach.
