What we offer

Why Long Island Businesses Choose Clear View

01

Commercial spaces built for their users

At Adelphi University in Garden City, we completed a 4,500-square-foot build-out for student facilities. The work included demolition, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, and flooring, bringing several trades together to create spaces for learning and campus life.

02

Experience renovating occupied buildings

Keeping a property in use affects how construction is planned. At Hofstra’s Gittleson Hall, we completed exterior, window, and waterproofing improvements while summer classes continued. We bring that occupied-building experience to discussions about your project’s operating constraints.

03

Office renovations across Long Island

At Zebra in Holtsville, we renovated common areas, cafeterias, breakrooms, training rooms, and conference spaces. The project combined practical workplace improvements with updated finishes across the office, addressing both everyday staff needs and spaces used for meetings and training.

04

Project information you can follow

Construction involves details that need to stay organized as work progresses. Our project management tools support daily reports, site information, documentation, and photos. These capabilities help keep the work visible to the people overseeing the project.

“I absolutely love Clear View.”

I absolutely love Clear View. I first started working with them back in 2014. They managed the cleaning of a couple hundred thousand feet of medical space for me. I never had to worry about a thing. Now a decade later, I am so lucky to be able to work with them again at Aldo’s Coffee. They take initiative and listen to all requests. They are the best.

Frequently asked
Long Island contracting questions

What kinds of Long Island construction projects have you completed?

At Adelphi University in Garden City, we built out 4,500 square feet for a Mindfulness Room, Testing Center, and Multicultural Center, with carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, painting, and flooring. At the Heritage Club at Bethpage, we renovated event rooms and the 19th Hole Bar, including flooring, lighting, and custom millwork.

Can renovations happen while parts of a property stay in use?

We have worked in occupied properties. At the Heritage Club at Bethpage, renovation work took place while rooms and the building continued to be used for events.

For your project, identify the rooms that must remain available, event dates, and restrictions on noise or deliveries. Those details help us plan the order of work with the people using the property. Material arrival dates and work that depends on earlier installations also need to be considered before setting the schedule.

What should we send before discussing a build-out?

To discuss a build-out, we start by reviewing the property’s intended use and the changes you want. Any existing drawings help us understand the design, while target dates and construction hours help us assess the schedule. If the plans are still developing, we can begin with the decisions you have already made. Get a quote for your commercial build-out today.

Can you handle both interior and exterior work?

Our completed projects include interior renovations and exterior building improvements. At Hofstra University, the work covered the facade, windows, and waterproofing.

Can you arrange cleaning after the building work?

We offer post-construction cleaning for spaces being prepared for handover. The work can address dust on ledges and surfaces, cabinets, glass, floors, kitchens, and restrooms, with debris and disposal responsibilities agreed in the quote.

To schedule cleaning when the rooms are ready, we review the final painting, installations, and deliveries with you. If furniture is arriving or workers need to return, the project may need a later touch-up. To help us allow for those visits, share the dates when you request a quote for construction cleanup on Long Island.
