Clear View offers robotic drilling with Hilti Jaibot as part of commercial construction work. For a renovation or build-out with planned overhead installations, we can review whether Jaibot is suitable for the drilling required.

Hilti describes Jaibot as a semi-automated system that uses digital plans to lay out, drill, and mark holes. It carries out a defined part of the installation process from the prepared design.

Review the plans and access before choosing the equipment

To assess robotic drilling for your project, we review the available digital plans, the proposed hole locations, and access beneath the work area. We also discuss when the area will be available and how drilling fits with the other installations.

If staff or tenants will remain in the building, we need to understand which rooms must stay open and when noisy work can take place. Those arrangements help us plan the construction sequence with you.

Include drilling in the commercial construction plan

Our general contracting services cover renovations, build-outs, and building repairs. We review the equipment needed for each task alongside the drawings and the rest of the work.

For an example of our broader construction work, the Popular Bank build-out in the Bronx turned a 2,000-square-foot unfinished space into a financial center. It included plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and a new storefront.
