Commercial Cleaning
Cleaning work needs to be planned around the products being used and the people in the building. Before service begins, we discuss access, supply storage, and the areas that will remain in use while our team works.
Use product-specific instructions
Cleaning products have different hazards and handling requirements. The OSHA and NIOSH guide for workers using cleaning chemicals explains the importance of labels, safety data sheets, training, and appropriate protective equipment. A general checklist cannot replace the instructions for the actual product and task.
Keep access and storage clear
To help us plan your service, identify where supplies can be stored and any rooms with restricted access. We also discuss how cleaning will be scheduled around occupied work areas and which building contact our team should use if a concern arises.
Give special surfaces their own instructions
Equipment, finished wood, stone, and other sensitive surfaces may need particular care. Share manufacturer instructions and any restrictions during the walkthrough so we can agree which surfaces are included in the cleaning plan.
Our commercial cleaning services cover regular room cleaning, floor care, and deeper cleans. Get a quote for your commercial cleaning project, and include any building-specific requirements you would like us to review.
