Commercial Maintenance in Great Neck, NY

We provide commercial building cleaning services and facility maintenance nightly to Santander Bank’s commercial buildings located in the 5 boroughs of New York City and Long Island, NY. Clear View Building Services worked with their internal facilities team during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to help ensure facility cleanliness standards were met during and after the pandemic. Our facility maintenance service team helps to complete urgent requests including electrostatic disinfecting, flood cleanups, and any other facility maintenance needs that arise.

Clear View Building Services completed a renovation of an existing 3,000 square foot wood framed building to accommodate CVBS new office space as well as another tenant. An additional 1,000 square foot of second floor office space was added. Project included all work with Design teams, Engineers, Interior finishes, Exterior finishes.

We recently completed a full renovation of Zebra’s office space, transforming it into a modern, collaborative and employee-focused environment. The project included a full redesign of common areas, bright and open cafeterias with updated seating, refreshed breakrooms with bold accent walls, and stylish kitchenettes featuring new cabinetry, countertops and backsplash tile. We also upgraded training and conference rooms with new technology, flexible seating, and acoustic solutions, while revitalizing hallways and lounge areas with contemporary finishes and vibrant feature walls.

CVBS was tasked with the overnight floor refinishing of Penn Station NJ Transit. We implemented a program for this facility that included a 3M Scotchgard™ Stone Floor Protector Program. This project included coordination to have representatives from 3M come to the facility and perform a demonstration for officials to review and approve beginning work.
