Joe Elarde

As Project Manager, Joe provides overall management and oversight on construction projects, commercial maintenance, and building services. He supports the execution of assigned projects, work order oversight and supervision, provides support to facility planning and coordination to ensure all project objectives are accomplished and goals are achieved.

Joe recently graduated from Hofstra University with his MBA in Business Administration, which allowed him to develop a broad understanding of business organizations and all key business areas, including but not limited to finance, marketing, operations, data and more.
