Clear View Building Services completed a renovation of an existing 3,000 square foot wood framed building to accommodate CVBS new office space as well as another tenant. An additional 1,000 square foot of second floor office space was added. Project included all work with Design teams, Engineers, Interior finishes, Exterior finishes.

Suffolk PBA Building Exterior Cleaning – Brentwood, NY

CVBS worked with building management and engineers to complete an exterior cleaning of the Suffolk PBA Building. Cleaning consisted of all exterior windows. CVBS cleaned and removed stains from building façade including all architectural aluminum Alucobond® panels. CVBS used special chemicals that slowly dissolved any organic soils and stains that built up over the years. CVBS used a 60’ articulating manlift to help complete this job.

Leviton Manufacturing Co. Global Headquarters

This five-story 160,000 square foot office building is located on the north service road of the LIE in Melville, NY. It is the World Headquarters of Leviton, North America’s leading manufacturer of electrical wiring devices, data center connectivity solutions and lighting management systems.

CVBS provides Leviton with commercial cleaning cleaning support. Our service package includes, day time cleaning staff and a team of night time cleaning staff. Some of our responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, dusting, and glass cleaning.

Hofstra University – Gittleson Hall

$2 million dollar exterior building envelop project during the university’s summer break. The scope of work consisted of full exterior façade and window upgrades. Replacement of all window openings utilizing an up to date insulated window system to help overall building efficiency. Building envelop waterproofing and façade EIFS upgrades for a water tight execution. All work was completed while building spaces were occupied and conducting summer classes.

The scope of work consisted of painting, flooring and cleaning. The painting scope of work consisted of removing roughly 12,500 ft. of wallpaper and painting the walls and ceilings. The flooring work included replacement of floors, stripping and waxing [cleaning] of floors, and waste removal.

Penn Station NJ Transit

CVBS was tasked with the overnight floor refinishing of Penn Station NJ Transit. We implemented a program for this facility that included a 3M Scotchgard™ Stone Floor Protector Program. This project included coordination to have representatives from 3M come to the facility and perform a demonstration for officials to review and approve beginning work.
