This five-story 160,000 square foot office building is located on the north service road of the LIE in Melville, NY. It is the World Headquarters of Leviton, North America’s leading manufacturer of electrical wiring devices, data center connectivity solutions and lighting management systems.

CVBS provides Leviton with commercial cleaning cleaning support. Our service package includes, day time cleaning staff and a team of night time cleaning staff. Some of our responsibilities include trash removal, floor care, dusting, and glass cleaning.

$2 million dollar exterior building envelop project during the university's summer break. The scope of work consisted of full exterior façade and window upgrades. Replacement of all window openings utilizing an up to date insulated window system to help overall building efficiency. Building envelop waterproofing and façade EIFS upgrades for a water tight execution. All work was completed while building spaces were occupied and conducting summer classes.

NYC commercial maintenance questions

Can you handle general repairs at a commercial property?

Our facility maintenance services include carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs. You can also discuss exterior work such as glazing, roofing, and pressure washing.

For an NYC property, include the affected area, photos, and any requirements from building management. Access hours, deliveries, and rooms that need to remain open should be reviewed before the work is scheduled.

Can we combine cleaning and maintenance for a branch network?

We offer both services. Our Santander project describes nightly commercial cleaning and maintenance across NYC and Long Island. To coordinate both services, we review the cleaning tasks and repairs needed at each location before preparing the quote.

What information should accompany a work request?

To help us assess the repair, include the property address, floor or room, a description of the problem, and when it began. Photos and previous repair records help us understand its condition before discussing the work.

To plan the visit, we also review the required completion date, contractor access hours, and who can approve the work. If several locations have similar issues, list them separately so each request can be tracked. Request a maintenance quote for your NYC property.

Can a manager see which requests are complete?

Our Technology page describes work-order tracking for completed and overdue requests. When setting up service, we discuss the reports you need and how you will receive updates so you can follow the repairs at your property.

Do you also undertake commercial build-outs?

Yes. Larger construction work is covered by general contracting. The Popular Bank project in the Bronx is an example of a financial-center build-out.
