We provide commercial building cleaning services and facility maintenance nightly to Santander Bank’s commercial buildings located in the 5 boroughs of New York City and Long Island, NY. Clear View Building Services worked with their internal facilities team during the start of the COVID-19 pandemic to help ensure facility cleanliness standards were met during and after the pandemic. Our facility maintenance service team helps to complete urgent requests including electrostatic disinfecting, flood cleanups, and any other facility maintenance needs that arise.

Can you help with cleaning across several boroughs?

Yes. To coordinate service across your properties, we review each building’s cleaning needs and access requirements with you. Our Santander project documents nightly cleaning and maintenance across the five boroughs and Long Island.

Do you provide daytime porter service?

Yes, we do. Daytime porter service can help with restroom supply checks, full bins, spills, entrance glass, and shared areas that get heavy use. In a building with several tenants, that may include the agreed lobby, elevator, and corridor areas.

Vacuuming near occupied offices or detailed floor cleaning can be scheduled for quieter hours.

If you also need overnight service, we agree which tasks each shift handles.

Can you clean a newly renovated space?

Yes. Our post-construction cleaning can address dust on surfaces and ledges, window frames and sills, cabinets, floors, restrooms, and kitchens. We also review the loose debris to be removed before detailed cleaning begins.

To schedule cleaning after the dusty work is complete, we review the construction dates, deliveries, and return visits from workers. In an occupied building, we also confirm which rooms are ready and how the team will reach them. A final touch-up may need to follow the remaining installations or move-in activity.

What should our building manager prepare for a walkthrough?

A room list, operating hours, and a clear distinction between management’s areas and tenant suites help us prepare an accurate cleaning plan. We schedule a walkthrough with new clients to review those details together before quoting.

During that visit, we review busy restrooms, shared kitchens, entrance mats, and existing buildup together. We also discuss cleaning frequency, supplies, contractor check-in, and elevator access so the proposal covers both the work and the arrangements needed to carry it out.
