Clear View Building Services worked alongside Adelphi University to deliver a Mindfulness Room, Testing Center and Multicultural Center for the students on campus in the Ruth S. Hurley Building. We completed the build-out of a 4,500-square-foot space. The project encompassed a full range of services, including but not limited to

Clear View Building Services completed a renovation of an existing 3,000 square foot wood framed building to accommodate CVBS new office space as well as another tenant. An additional 1,000 square foot of second floor office space was added. Project included all work with Design teams, Engineers, Interior finishes, Exterior finishes.

Clear View Building Services recently completed a full locker room renovation featuring fresh flooring, bright walls and modern purple lockers that create a clean and vibrant space. This upgrade provides a durable, low-maintenance finish that keeps the area looking professional and welcoming for everyday use. The renovation was $125,000 in total. All work was performed during school breaks. Project was a public bid where we worked alongside the owner representative.
